Jacob Roberts, who had been waging a write-in campaign for Syracuse mayor, indicated he was dropping out of the mayor's race. In the taped episode of the Orange Network show "connect" provided to The Post-Standard, Roberts said he will support Green Party candidate Howie Hawkins. Roberts could not be reached for comment.
